 Florentines are a flat pastry made from a crispy roasted mixture with various nuts. The mixture is mixed with honey. One side is covered with dark chocolate coating. Florentines are a traditional Christmas pastry in many areas of southern Germany, Switzerland and Austria. For us, they are a snack for in between meals. Thanks to the ingredients of hemp seeds and hemp protein, they are indispensable for athletes. They give you energy within minutes and last for between 90 and 120 minutes. Many of our customers are athletes who no longer want to do without our Florentines.
