At Harmonius, everything revolves around the diversity of the hemp plant. Together with our production partners, we conjure up a wide range of hemp products. Whether hemp nuts, oils or natural protein powder, we also offer sweet treats, nutritious baking mixes, soothing teas and skin care products.
Our latest innovation is hemp tofu: simple, pure and without artificial additives, made only from hemp nuts and water.

As a child, I was introduced to the topic of nutrition and well-being through the retirement home run by my parents. I deepened this interest by training as a service specialist and cook in the first organic vegan restaurant in Switzerland.
This was followed by hotel management school and studies in natural plant care as well as insightful years abroad.
Since 1997, the hemp plant has been a constant companion on my professional and personal path. I see it as a comprehensive gift from nature to all of us.
VISION
We want to redefine nutrition: healthy, regional and sustainable. Hemp-based foods are at the heart of what we do - from cultivation to refining into delicious products.
We are committed to preserving our planet. By growing hemp in collaboration with local farmers and the Green City of Zurich, we are actively counteracting climate change. Hemp is not only a versatile raw material, but also a CO2 store that helps reduce our ecological impact.
Our goal is to raise awareness of sustainable and healthy nutrition. We want to show you how easy and delicious it can be to integrate hemp seeds and other hemp-based products into your everyday life.
